Q: What about ordering online?
A: While that would be very nice for our out-of-town customers, Cottage Corner simply isn't able to do that right now. If that changes, please be assured that we will announce it. Meanwhile, we are delighted to have you visit and shop in the store! And please remember: we are just a phone call away - and we are happy to take orders via phone!
Q: You say you'll update the site frequently, but each page looks just the same. Are you?
A: Absolutely! Put very simply: your computer remembers what it has recently "seen" and you'll need to click on the reload or refresh buttons at the top of your browser window. If it still looks the same, check back soon!
The biggest changes will occur at the beginning of each month, because we'll have the new cards of the month and the new scrapbook page(s), not to mention classes and the newsletter!
However, Wendy is full of plans and surprises, and you don't want to miss out! Not to mention new events, promotions, and the classes that are added in between newsletters!
If you still aren't sure if a page has been updated since you visited last, check the date at the bottom of that page - it shows when it was last updated. Please do check Cottage Corner's site often - Wendy has it updated at least once a week.
Q: Why can't I access the site occasionally?
A: Some of you have let us know that you have had a problem accessing our site. This is not something we can control. Either our site host, or your ISP (your Internet Service Provider - the company you pay every month to get online) is temporarily experiencing technical difficulties. This happens to all sites, and to all ISPs on occasion. Just like when the phone circuits are busy - try again later. And if you haven't bookmarked our site, and are typing in our www.cottagecorner.net address each time, please remember that we are .net and NOT .com - a very easy mistake to make!
Q: What are the store policies concerning returns? What about gift certificates?
A: These are the current store policies:

In-store credit will be cheerfully issued for all unused, unopened merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase and accompanied by a sales receipt.
We are unable to accept the following merchandise for returns or exchanges:

Corner Gift Certificates and Credits are valid for 6 months from date of
issuance.
